Legacy leaders are special supporters who have remembered the Jewish Home in their wills or through other estate gifts, thereby securing the future of our mission – “Enriching the quality of life of older adults” – and our essential services to the elderly.

The Jewish Home is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care and services within a warm and dignified Jewish environment to all eligible seniors, regardless of their ability to pay. The Home represents the enduring spirit of “L’Dor Vador” – each generation’s pledge to care for the one that came before.
In recent years, though, providing for our community’s older adults has grown ever more complex and challenging. The health needs of our elders are more complicated; people are living longer and are increasingly coming to the Home in frailer condition. The cost of providing the highest quality care continues to climb, while government funding benefits for individuals who need financial support is becoming less dependable as the different levels of government grapple with their own unprecedented deficits.
Legacy leaders support the Home to ensure that it will always be here for all who need it.
